Bus to Algeciras

After catching a bus in Faro, Portugal, we traveled to Seville, Spain. There was a little confusion at this point because the ticket made no indication that we were supposed to transfer in Seville to get to Algeciras. Information posted at the bus stops was contradictory. But the bus driver told us we needed to get off the bus in Seville; he wasn't any more helpful than that. Or bus company, ALSA, on which we traveled from Faro and on which we had a through ticket to Algeciras, had no office in the Seville station to go to. In any case, the driver collected our ticket in Faro and we no longer had a ticket.

Thankfully this occurred in a country where I speak the language, and at a station with an extremely helpful security guard who explained the following: even though our ticket was Faro-Algeciras on ALSA, which was the Faro-Seville bus, the second half of our journey would be on A. Valenzuela. We were to present our ticket receipts at the A. Valenzuela office (thank goodness I printed those out and brought them!!) and they would issue us tickets for the second bus.

So after all that, this is Devin in front of our bus to Algeciras before leaving Seville.
